Description

  • Schedule, test, deploy, and verify server patches while minimizing downtime.
  • Manage firmware updates for network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls without disrupting operations.
  • Handle patching for Windows OS and iOS environments and address issues caused by updates.
  • Use patch management tools and automation workflows to streamline deployment processes and maintain audit trails.
  • Identify, prioritize, and mitigate vulnerabilities and security risks related to unpatched systems.
  • Provide L2 support by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for end users.
  • Manage incidents efficiently to maintain high service quality.
  • Monitor system stability and security during and after patching activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant support or infrastructure role.
  • Demonstrated experience in server patching and upkeep.
  • Extensive understanding of firmware updates on network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Practical experience managing patches on Windows OS and iOS.
  • Knowledge of patch management tools and automation workflows.
  • Comprehension of IT security best practices and vulnerability handling.
  • Skills in L2 support and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Ability to provide expert assistance to end users and maintain high service quality.
  • Experience with incident management and audit trail maintenance.
  • Remote work location in India and full-time availability.

Benefits

  • Salary range of Rs 15,00,000 to Rs 25,00,000 per year.
