Description

  • Support customers via email and chat with setup requests and technical questions across Didomi's products, including Consent Management Platform, Preference Management Platform, integrations, and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and investigate customer issues, escalating to Engineering when needed and following through on fixes and validation.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to test solutions and communicate updates back to customers.
  • Provide internal feedback on product features and help qualify feature requests.
  • Assist in prioritizing the bug backlog based on customer impact and technical findings.
  • Contribute to internal and external documentation.
  • Train and support customer-facing and internal teams on technical topics and product usage.
  • Propose and contribute to projects that improve operations and customer experience, such as automations, extensions, and app samples.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve Didomi's solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent training, such as a bootcamp.
  • Understanding of how websites and web applications work.
  • A couple of years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Solution Engineer.
  • Very good written and spoken English and French.
  • Strong JavaScript understanding and knowledge of front-end stacks, with expert-level knowledge as a plus.
  • Familiarity with the tech, media, or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explore options and find workarounds.
  • Exposure to a mobile app programming language such as Java, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Swift is a bonus.
  • Ability to understand data collection and analytics stakes, such as Google Analytics, is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with the ad tech industry, publisher pain points, API and cloud buckets, SaaS, and GDPR/data privacy is a bonus.
