Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications and microservices that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Write clean, efficient code and conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards.
  • Integrate applications with APIs and third-party services.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience in Java.
  • Proficiency in Java and experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful services and API development.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and serverless architectures (preferred).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI (preferred).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum teams (preferred).
