Description

  • Take full ownership of IT infrastructure across cloud environments, endpoint management, networking, and SaaS platforms for India and UK operations.
  • Set up, administer, and support Windows and macOS devices, including provisioning, patching, remote assistance, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf to enforce policies, provision devices remotely, and maintain compliance.
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, with responsibility for identity governance, Conditional Access, and PIM.
  • Develop and implement a Zero Trust security model using MFA, SSO, endpoint security, and access control policies.
  • Monitor security posture and support incident response using Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel, and vulnerability management tools.
  • Lead IT risk management and security operations in alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR requirements.
  • Manage network infrastructure including SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations across Cisco, Palo Alto, or Fortinet environments.
  • Administer and optimize SaaS platforms for HR, CRM, and productivity, including integrations and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams on CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation initiatives.
  • Build automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, or Microsoft Power Platform to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
  • Handle IT budgeting, procurement, vendor contracts, asset management, documentation, and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • 10–18 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a closely related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows and macOS device administration and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf for MDM, provisioning, and policy enforcement.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management.
  • Experience designing and implementing Zero Trust security controls, including MFA, SSO, and endpoint protection.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender Suite, Sentinel, and vulnerability management solutions.
  • Knowledge of incident response, security monitoring, and IT risk management in regulated environments.
  • Experience with network technologies such as SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise firewalls.
  • Ability to work within ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance requirements.
  • Automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or Microsoft Power Platform; understanding of CI/CD is preferred.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot and other Microsoft 365 AI productivity tools.
  • Preferred experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or other VDI solutions.
  • Preferred familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira ITSM platforms.
  • Preferred background in SaaS product companies or startup environments.
  • Preferred understanding of GxP and life sciences IT compliance requirements.
  • Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-500, MS-102, SC-300, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are valued.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones with UK-based stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a lean, international team with minimal supervision.
