Description

  • Conduct approximately 20-minute structured interviews with shortlisted subject-matter experts using a standardized evaluation rubric.
  • Assess candidates for domain expertise, communication skills, professionalism, and suitability for AI evaluation projects.
  • Verify candidate availability, work authorization, scheduling flexibility, and exclusivity requirements, and identify potential concerns or red flags.
  • Assign hiring recommendations such as Advance, Hold, or Pass with concise, evidence-based evaluation summaries.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Collaborate with the program team to ensure consistent evaluation standards and hiring quality across assessments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, interviewing, or expert-vetting, with confidence evaluating senior-level professionals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for conducting structured, engaging, and professional interviews.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to objectively evaluate candidates against predefined criteria.
  • Comfortable documenting interview outcomes through clear, concise, and well-supported written feedback.
  • Availability during weekday business hours with overlap in the U.S. Eastern Time zone.
  • Ability to reliably commit approximately 10 hours per week in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience recruiting or interviewing professionals in Law, Finance, Healthcare, Engineering, or other specialized domains (preferred).
  • Familiarity with competency-based interviewing, structured evaluation rubrics, or assessment frameworks (preferred).
  • Prior experience supporting AI training, data annotation, expert networks, research operations, or similar evaluation-focused programs (preferred).
  • Applicants requiring H-1B or STEM OPT sponsorship are not eligible.
