Description

  • Create and maintain postcard campaign dashboard spreadsheets and ensure organizers have current volunteer data.
  • Track, report, document, and evaluate postcard campaign metrics, challenges, and improvements.
  • Own vendor list processes and conduct quality assurance on data used for postcard mailings.
  • Maintain Reach accounts and update content to align with current WFP campaigns and priorities.
  • Mobilize supporters to organize their personal networks using Reach and postcard tools.
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to improve data systems, processes, and reporting for relational organizing projects.
  • Develop organizing materials and trainings, including guides, recordings, and sample scripts.
  • Collaborate with state staff to lead trainings and recruit volunteers as needed.
  • Build relationships with member organizations and increase adoption of the photo postcard tactic.
  • Maintain regular one-on-one meetings, support activist Slack moderation, and cultivate an inclusive digital volunteer community.

Requirements

  • Current authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
  • Ability to manage relational organizing infrastructure, data processes, and campaign reporting with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience or ability to learn postcard campaigns from implementation through completion.
  • Ability to collaborate with data, elections, and state organizing teams.
  • Ability to develop clear training materials and facilitate trainings for staff and volunteers.
  • Commitment to economic and social justice and inclusive, multiracial organizing.
  • Strong relationship-building and volunteer engagement skills.
