Description

  • Establish and maintain the NoAM delivery operating model, including governance cadences, decision forums, escalation paths, and performance reviews.
  • Govern the sales-to-delivery-to-finance lifecycle, including handoffs, project setup, staffing, change control, and closure.
  • Own regional demand forecasting, capacity planning, utilization management, bench visibility, and workforce planning.
  • Integrate pipeline, backlog, active work, resource availability, skills, and hiring plans into a unified planning view.
  • Develop capacity scenarios and recommendations for hiring, contractors, mobility, and capability development.
  • Partner with Finance and Delivery leaders on revenue, utilization, margin, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Define the regional KPI framework and deliver executive reporting on portfolio health, capacity, financial performance, and delivery risk.
  • Improve data quality, reporting controls, and operational decision-making through validation, exception reporting, analytics, and automation.
  • Influence cross-functional leaders, clarify accountability, and serve as the business owner for delivery operations requirements across PSA, CRM, and reporting platforms.

Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience in consulting, professional services, delivery, or managed services environments.
  • Experience leading project-based and ongoing services delivery teams.
  • Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of ITSM, SDLC, or PPPM, with experience applying it to client outcomes.
  • Experience with PMO and portfolio governance, including integrated planning, dependency management, RAID governance, executive reporting, and decision forums.
  • Experience building regional or business-unit demand, capacity, utilization, and workforce planning processes.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, estimation, SOW review, and variance analysis.
  • Experience defining KPI frameworks, improving data quality, and translating operational data into executive decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with PSA, CRM, and business intelligence platforms; Certinia and Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, judgment under ambiguity, and experience leading escalations, recovery plans, organizational capability building, and inclusive high-performance teams.
