Description

Lead global recruiting, onboarding, EOR management, career development, and performance management.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and present to the Board of Directors as needed.
Oversee HR operations and HRIS systems management, including Workday, 15Five, and GSuite.
Lead learning and development programs for leadership and career growth.
Drive organizational health through org design, workforce planning, succession planning, and people analytics.
Own the strategy and execution of compensation and benefits programs.
Champion company culture and values across a remote-first global organization.
Lead regulatory compliance, labor law adherence, diversity initiatives, and employee relations.
Champion adoption of new technologies, including GenAI, within People Operations and across the organization.
Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence and change management to integrate acquired employees.

Requirements

12+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience, ideally scaling distributed, fast-growing organizations.
Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of labor law.
Exceptional conflict resolution capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred.
Demonstrated experience driving People Operations for a global, remote workforce.
Experience with total rewards and HR systems.
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and collaborate effectively.
High energy, optimistic, positive, and encouraging leadership style.
