Description

  • Support talent through timely guidance across Talent Experience channels while applying policies and operational guidelines consistently.
  • Execute and improve operational workflows for talent programs, certifications, referrals, community initiatives, availability, rates, and learning resources.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, communication, tracking, and reporting of Talent Experience programs and initiatives.
  • Support the rollout of new talent-facing programs and ensure operational readiness across stakeholders.
  • Manage participant communications, registrations, documentation, tracking, and post-program follow-up.
  • Support pilot programs and experiments by defining processes, collecting feedback, and measuring results.
  • Identify and implement workflow, policy, and process improvements to increase scalability, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, reporting systems, documentation, knowledge bases, and process guides.
  • Monitor metrics, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support change management, communications, and documentation updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, customer success, community operations, learning & development operations, people operations, talent operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong Slack, email, and video meeting etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and translate findings into recommendations.
  • Experience identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational metrics.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with evolving priorities.
  • Must be able to work in English; no visa sponsorship or assistance is offered.
  • Preferred: experience improving customer or talent experiences through scalable programs and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Preferred: ability to balance empathy with consistency when applying policies and making operational decisions.
  • Preferred: experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company with diverse stakeholders.
