Description

  • Lead mobile development initiatives for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and plan implementations.
  • Architect and oversee bespoke feature implementations with maintainability and scalability in mind.
  • Ensure structured communication across engineering and product teams.
  • Guide technical decision-making and problem-solving within the team.
  • Oversee feature delivery from planning through release.
  • Drive high performance and code quality across mobile applications.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of professional mobile development experience across Android and iOS.
  • Strong Kotlin and Android development background, including Jetpack Compose.
  • Proficiency in iOS development with Swift.
  • Familiarity with state management patterns such as Flux or similar.
  • Experience optimizing performance for mobile applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with cross-platform architectural decision-making is preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience in a multi-platform mobile team is preferred.
  • Availability for a long-term, full-time engagement of 12+ months is preferred.
  • Ability to overlap with PST for 5+ hours.

Benefits
