Description

Lead mobile development initiatives for both Android and iOS platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and plan implementations.
Architect and oversee bespoke feature implementations with maintainability and scalability in mind.
Ensure structured communication across engineering and product teams.
Guide technical decision-making and problem-solving within the team.
Oversee feature delivery from planning through release.
Drive high performance and code quality across mobile applications.

Requirements

8–10 years of professional mobile development experience across Android and iOS.
Strong Kotlin and Android development background, including Jetpack Compose.
Proficiency in iOS development with Swift.
Familiarity with state management patterns such as Flux or similar.
Experience optimizing performance for mobile applications.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with cross-platform architectural decision-making is preferred.
Prior leadership experience in a multi-platform mobile team is preferred.
Availability for a long-term, full-time engagement of 12+ months is preferred.
Ability to overlap with PST for 5+ hours.

Benefits

Long-term, full-time opportunity of 12+ months.
Full-time schedule preferred at 40 hours per week.
Part-time may be considered if the candidate can ramp up to full-time within 3–4 weeks.
Required overlap with PST for 5+ hours.
