Description

  • Build and own the full employee lifecycle experience, including onboarding, I-9 compliance, exit interviews, and jurisdiction-specific offboarding requirements.
  • Lead global HRIS implementation in partnership with the Director of Talent.
  • Stand up benefits administration across the US, UK, and Singapore.
  • Build and maintain a multi-jurisdiction compliance calendar and support EOR-to-direct employment transitions.
  • Build and administer performance review scheduling, calibration logistics, and related template infrastructure.
  • Ensure performance data flows into HRIS to support compensation planning.
  • Establish reporting on new hire feedback, exit themes, and attrition data for leadership insights.
  • Serve as a connective point between People strategy and day-to-day execution on a lean team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, Benefits Coordination, or a closely related role.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with modern people tools.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions or countries.
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to build, document, and maintain systems over time.
  • High attention to detail, strong data accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and solve problems proactively.
  • Ability to work in a remote, globally distributed environment; Greater Boston, MA is preferred.
  • AI-savvy or interest in using AI to automate and optimize People Operations, preferred.
