Description

Manage, mentor, and grow a mixed team of software and infrastructure engineers.
Build the strategic roadmap for the storage ecosystem, including architecture patterns and capacity planning.
Oversee the evolution of SQL, NoSQL, search, and object storage solutions.
Develop integration libraries, APIs, and golden paths that support internal developers.
Treat infrastructure as a product and build self-service tooling and autonomous storage environments.
Maintain high availability, performance, and resilience across all data layers.
Identify operational bottlenecks and replace manual requests with automated solutions.
Collaborate across product squads to help teams ship features faster and with confidence.

Requirements

Strong background in software engineering and platform/infrastructure engineering.
Seasoned engineering manager with experience managing people, performance, and complex technical projects.
Deep hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Aurora, or SQL Server.
Experience with NoSQL systems such as DynamoDB and Redis.
Experience with search technologies such as OpenSearch and Apache Solr.
Experience working with object storage at massive scale.
Experience maintaining integration libraries or internal developer platforms.
Hands-on interest in AI/LLMs, automation, and modern developer tools.
Fluent English and ability to collaborate in a global environment.
