Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned roles, from intake and role scoping through close.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategy.
  • Build and manage high-quality pipelines across technical, product, and creative roles.
  • Source candidates through both outbound sourcing and inbound channels.
  • Act as a thought partner to hiring teams by providing market insights and candidate calibration.
  • Drive candidate engagement, offer strategy, and negotiations through to hire.
  • Monitor pipeline health and search progress, identifying risks and unblocking searches proactively.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator to support an efficient process and a smooth candidate experience.
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows to increase team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring across technical, product, and/or creative roles.
  • Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and influence role scoping, candidate calibration, and hiring decisions.
  • Proven success closing candidates in competitive markets and managing offer negotiations.
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean environment and manage multiple searches with minimal oversight.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines across multiple functions.
  • Experience using data and market insights to inform hiring strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Preferred experience recruiting for consumer, social, or platform-based products.
  • Preferred exposure to trust & safety, content moderation, or community-focused roles.
  • Preferred experience supporting both technical and creative organizations.
  • Preferred prior experience in a contract or embedded recruiting role.
  • Preferred experience in a startup or high-growth tech company.
