Description

  • Source and headhunt Norwegian-speaking candidates for roles abroad.
  • Source and headhunt English-speaking candidates for various language-based roles.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
  • Manage your own pipeline and proactively work to fill open roles.
  • Follow up with placed candidates to support smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian at native or near-native level and proficient in English.
  • Previous recruitment experience, with agency or international experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment.
  • Skilled in sourcing and headhunting, especially via LinkedIn and social media.
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Able to dedicate around 30–40 hours per week.
  • Passionate about helping people find work abroad.
