Description

  • Drive business outcomes and sales metrics by developing and implementing activation strategies such as lead list segmentation, process adoption, change management, information cascades, and ad hoc training.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the sales process, sales approach, and industry to make informed recommendations.
  • Own relevant markets and teams by helping develop team strategy in partnership with Sales Leaders and delivering against that strategy.
  • Identify sales productivity gaps and opportunities by observing performance, analyzing sales metrics, gathering stakeholder input, and incorporating team feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement and teams such as Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Legal.
  • Translate technical needs and solutions into scalable, broadly applicable, and self-service-friendly solutions for the sales team and customers.
  • Serve as a conduit between the sales team and other internal subject matter experts, triaging needs that require support beyond the Sales Productivity function.
  • Provide ad hoc coaching to sales team members, including guidance on tool usage.
  • Implement and improve deal data quality processes.

Requirements

  • Self-initiated with extreme attention to detail.
  • Creative, cross-organizational problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to interface with and translate between sales, product, engineering, marketing, and other functions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with change management and activation best practices.
  • Salesforce superuser experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Python or SQL experience is a bonus.
  • First-hand B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and situations.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work from home in the US or Canada; no visa sponsorship or transfers are provided.

  • Base salary of $70,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
