Description

  • Own and grow the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas territory for new logo acquisition and expansion.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting school districts and education leaders.
  • Build trusted relationships with Superintendents, CIOs/CTOs, Directors of Technology, and Operations/Safety leaders.
  • Manage existing pipeline opportunities and expand relationships within current customer districts.
  • Use reference accounts and success stories to support new district adoption.
  • Run complex enterprise sales cycles using MEDDICC methodology.
  • Lead discovery, demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, and executive presentations.
  • Navigate district procurement processes, RFPs, and cooperative purchasing vehicles.
  • Partner with Presales Engineers on technical validation and solution design.
  • Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and leadership to identify expansion and generate pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven success selling technology solutions into K-12 school districts.
  • Existing relationships within the TOLA K-12 ecosystem.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity with K-12 buying cycles and procurement structures.
  • Experience using MEDDICC or a similar enterprise sales methodology.
  • Preferred experience selling SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or safety solutions.
  • Preferred track record of selling into large or multi-district education systems.
  • Preferred experience using CRM as a system of record.
  • Preferred experience owning and scaling a multi-state territory.

  • $250,000 - $330,000 a year OTE, uncapped.
