Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
  • Draft and optimize job descriptions to improve visibility and candidate conversion.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, niche job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Source active and passive candidates across multiple industries and functions.
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit, communication, technical alignment, culture fit, and motivation.
  • Use behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques and administer assessments or scorecards where needed.
  • Manage candidate communication from initial outreach through offer stage and ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, maintain ATS documentation, and support hiring debriefs with stakeholders.
  • Draft and present offers, support compensation discussions, and assist with onboarding coordination.
  • Track recruiting KPIs, maintain accurate reporting, identify process improvements, and support compliance with hiring and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable, iCIMS, or similar systems.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and major job boards.
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
  • Agency recruiting or high-volume hiring experience is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, professional services, finance, operations, or property management roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hiring compliance and employment best practices is preferred.
  • Experience supporting remote or international hiring or scaling hiring operations is preferred.
