Description

  • Own the development of client-facing proposals and pitch materials, including customized long-term and rapid-response proposals.
  • Tailor partnership strategies to different client types and issue areas, such as political funders, climate organizations, and reproductive rights groups.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships by introducing new formats, platforms, and approaches.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis on digital media trends, tools, and tactics and turn findings into actionable proposals.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the future of digital media and emerging tactics.
  • Evaluate and refine program strategy to support innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support client relationships by contributing strategic thinking and producing polished drafts for director review.
  • Partner with the Partnerships Associate to keep operational systems, timelines, and deliverables on track.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, media strategy, branded content, or business development.
  • Agency or digital media environment experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop highly customized proposals and pitch materials for specific audiences and goals.
  • Expertise in the evolving digital landscape, especially audience reach and content distribution across platforms.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and industry research and translating insights into strategy.
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in Google Slides and able to build client-ready decks from scratch.
  • Fluent in Notion for documentation, project tracking, and team collaboration.
  • Experience with CRM tools and project management platforms; Airtable is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow optimization is a plus.
  • Must be based in the continental United States.
