Description

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, priorities, and follow-ups independently with minimal supervision.
  • Develop targeted lead lists using tools such as Apollo, RocketReach, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn.
  • Validate and cleanse contact data using ZeroBounce or similar tools.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns through Lemlist or comparable platforms.
  • Handle email campaigns end to end, including list building, copywriting, sequencing, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and clean CRM data in real time.
  • Prepare briefs, research presentations, and partnership dossiers with actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, legal teams, and internal departments to move tasks forward.
  • Manage contract preparation and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee podcast and event logistics, including guest sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and setup.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in Operations/Marketing Support.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, RocketReach, Hunter.io, LinkedIn, ZeroBounce, Lemlist, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound marketing, lead generation, and CRM management.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, and Canva.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and output quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based executives is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, telecommunications, or restaurant technology is preferred.
  • Proven track record managing outbound campaigns with measurable results is preferred.
