Description

  • Build relationships with employee benefit brokers and turn them into a consistent source of referrals.
  • Partner with brokers to position Vitable with their clients and drive repeat business.
  • Prospect into larger healthcare and home care organizations and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Run multi-step sales cycles that involve benefits, compliance, and financial tradeoff conversations.
  • Own the sales pipeline end to end, from generating opportunities through discovery and closing.
  • Create structure and a repeatable process in an environment with limited existing playbooks.
  • Ramp quickly and begin running deals independently within the first few months.
  • Help define how the role and pipeline engine scale over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience selling through partners, brokers, or channels, not just direct sales.
  • Background in benefits, HR tech, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Comfort working in a startup or high-growth environment with limited structure.
  • Strong outbound selling skills with a clear, repeatable approach.
  • Experience in healthcare services or home care is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ICHRA or ACA is preferred.
  • Existing broker or industry relationships are preferred.
