Description

  • Lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of US physical events, trade shows, executive forums, and customer roadshows.
  • Own booth selection, on-site event setup, and other logistics for in-person events.
  • Manage US online sponsorships and digital partnerships to maximize brand presence across industry platforms.
  • Coordinate, support, and sometimes host or moderate the US webinar program.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to promote events and drive pre-event awareness.
  • Ensure post-event follow-up, lead nurturing, and event-related handoffs are executed effectively.
  • Own the event budget, including vendor negotiations, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
  • Source, manage, and coordinate vendors such as printers, booth builders, and venue partners.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing physical events and trade shows.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS or GovCon space is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working from checklists and logistics plans.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, executives, and webinar audiences.
  • Strong organizational and budget management skills, including tracking invoices and ROI-related costs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with webinar platforms and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the US.
  • Must be located in the DMV area.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
