Description

  • Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand pain points, existing tech stacks, integration needs, and security or compliance constraints.
  • Design customer-specific solutions, configurations, integration approaches, and implementation paths using the product’s capabilities.
  • Deliver customized, story-driven product demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s industry, workflows, and audience.
  • Define proof-of-concept success criteria, manage scope, oversee technical implementation, and validate product fit in the customer environment.
  • Build ROI models, TCO calculations, and business cases to support purchase decisions.
  • Write technical sections of RFP and RFI responses with accurate product capability descriptions.
  • Share deal-breaker requirements, competitive gaps, and market feedback with product management and internal teams.
  • Lead projects and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across client and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulations, and industry challenges.
  • Knowledge or experience with relevant technologies, platforms, and software used in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to support tailored solution design and development that meets client needs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent client engagement, presentation, proposal writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and adapt to changing client needs.
  • A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • PMP, digital marketing, or content management certifications are beneficial.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.
