Description

  • Conduct deep-dive technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand pain points, existing systems, integration needs, and security or compliance constraints.
  • Design customer-specific solution configurations, integration approaches, and implementation paths based on product capabilities.
  • Deliver customized, story-driven product demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s industry, workflows, and decision-makers.
  • Define proof-of-concept success criteria, manage scope, oversee technical implementation, and validate product fit in the customer environment.
  • Build ROI models, TCO calculations, and business cases to support purchase decisions.
  • Author technical sections of RFP and RFI responses with accurate product capability descriptions.
  • Share deal-breaker requirements, competitive gaps, and market signals with product management and product teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the sales and solutioning process.
  • Support client engagement, presentations, and training sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulations, and industry challenges.
  • Knowledge of or experience with relevant technologies, platforms, and software used in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to support the design and development of tailored client solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent client engagement, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation, proposal writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Project management, digital marketing, or content management certifications are beneficial.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher is required.
