Description

  • Conduct deep-dive technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand pain points, tech stack, integration needs, and security or compliance constraints.
  • Design customer-specific solutions, including configurations, integration approaches, and implementation paths based on the product's capabilities.
  • Deliver customized, story-driven product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's industry, workflows, and decision-makers.
  • Define proof-of-concept success criteria, manage scope, oversee technical implementation, and validate product fit in the customer environment.
  • Build ROI models, total cost of ownership calculations, and business cases to support purchasing decisions.
  • Write technical sections of RFP and RFI responses with accurate product capability descriptions.
  • Capture deal-breaker requirements, competitive gaps, and market feedback and share them with product management and product teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulations, and industry challenges.
  • Knowledge or experience with relevant technologies, platforms, and software used in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to support the design and development of tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent client engagement, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations, conduct training sessions, and write detailed, persuasive proposals.
  • Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Project management, digital marketing, or content management certifications are beneficial.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
