Description

  • Track and communicate team utilization, velocity, and sprint or release progress.
  • Update agile tracking systems to maintain transparency across team and program backlogs.
  • Help the team make accurate commitments by clarifying capacity, prioritizing requests, and breaking down tasks.
  • Manage customer project delivery from planning through completion.
  • Monitor project margin costs and manage overall project risk.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to stated deliverables using structured project management processes.
  • Monitor project progress and report status, needs, delays, and escalations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Establish, execute, and monitor project plans, including scope, dependencies, timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
  • Manage project teams, including cross-team and cross-unit colleagues.
  • Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
  • Understanding of project management methods, practices, and tools such as Excel, Jira, and Miro or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of project management concepts and best practices.
  • Ability to evaluate project scope, cost, and risks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English without assistance.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Ability to operate well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Upper-Intermediate or fluent English level.
  • Ability to work overtime if needed.
  • Analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with conflict-solving support as needed.
