Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client-agency relationships.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead copywriters, designers, and account associates to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time.
  • Coordinate client communications, meetings, and reporting on campaign performance and revenue results.
  • Collect and analyze customer and campaign data to guide targeting, optimization, and weekly goal setting.
  • Collaborate with service and cross-functional teams to meet client KPIs and launch new services and products.
  • Troubleshoot client issues, address satisfaction concerns, and help reduce client churn.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and create upsell campaigns for client segments.
  • Share industry best practices and insights with account leadership and support internal service-related needs.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience leading a team of creatives or marketing professionals to deliver client work.
  • Experience in account management or agency work is preferred.
  • Experience working with remote teams or international teammates is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High accountability, responsiveness, professionalism, and consistency during office hours.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, think critically, and solve problems effectively.
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be available Monday to Friday between 3-6 PM BCN time and able to work 30-35 hours per week.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC for virtual meetings.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite is required.
  • Experience with email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a strong plus.
  • Remote work experience is a major advantage.

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
  • First two months paid as a trial-and-adaptation period at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first review after 3-6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluation after 6-12 months.
