Description

  • Guide the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead client-facing discovery sessions and translate client needs into technical requirements.
  • Manage enterprise-level implementation projects through development and deployment stages.
  • Create and manage project schedules, deliverables, milestones, scope, risks, and budgets.
  • Maintain Story Navigator as the central repository for project configurations, designs, documentation, and user feedback.
  • Coordinate client and internal project-team meetings and communications using project management tools.
  • Prepare project deliverables such as kickoff presentations, project plans, status reports, budget burn reports, design documentation, and deployment plans.
  • Support quality testing before user testing.
  • Partner with client teams to identify needs and guide project participation.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Service Delivery teams to resolve project and communication roadblocks while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in a similar project management role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise-level implementations through development and deployment.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of nonprofit technology projects and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with PROSCI and ADKAR change-management methodologies.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud; certification is preferred.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience with strong declarative design skills (preferred).
  • Experience with NPSP, nonprofit fundraising or program management, cross-functional projects, team leadership, PMP or related certification, and Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications is preferred.
