Description

  • Own shared inboxes across Cureate Connect territories and resolve inbound inquiries within the same business day.
  • Triage operational messages related to orders, fulfillment issues, onboarding, and vendor concerns.
  • Monitor orders from placement through delivery and identify timing, quantity, substitution, or invoicing issues early.
  • Act as the bridge between buyers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve fulfillment breakdowns directly.
  • Own event logistics from planning through live delivery, including timelines, materials, run-of-show documents, and stakeholder readiness.
  • Lead onboarding for institutional buyers and local producers from start to finish and prevent drop-off through proactive follow-up.
  • Build and maintain operational workflows across supply chain, programs, and community workstreams.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, and ownership across internal teams and improve processes in real time.
  • Maintain operational systems in Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM/internal tools.
  • Deliver daily operational reports highlighting unresolved risks, bottlenecks, escalations, and recurring issues.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in operations, customer service management, project coordination, or supply chain execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including buyers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong tone control under pressure.
  • Proven ability to resolve issues independently before escalating.
  • High attention to detail, especially in logistics, orders, and system updates.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity where processes are still evolving.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset; waiting for instructions is not effective in this role.
  • Ability to work fully remote with stable internet, strong communication setup, and multitasking capacity.
  • US-aligned working hours required for real-time coordination.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, and CRM or internal operational tools is required/preferred as needed.
