Description

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to understand pain points, technology stack, integration needs, security constraints, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design tailored solution configurations, integration approaches, and implementation paths based on product capabilities and client-specific needs.
  • Deliver customized storytelling-based product demonstrations for client industries, workflows, and decision-makers.
  • Lead proof-of-concept activities by defining success criteria, managing scope, coordinating technical implementation, and validating fit in the client environment.
  • Develop ROI models, TCO calculations, and business cases to support purchase decisions.
  • Prepare technical sections of RFP and RFI responses with accurate descriptions of product capabilities.
  • Represent client interests by sharing critical deal requirements, competitive gaps, and market signals with product management and development teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
  • Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulatory requirements, and industry challenges.
  • Knowledge of or experience with relevant technologies, platforms, and software used in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to support the design of customized solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and drawing actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align solutions to long-term client goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Confident project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and training sessions.
  • Strong proposal-writing skills for creating detailed and compelling commercial proposals.
