Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients during their digital transformation efforts and share relevant market trends and best practices.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams and help align internal stakeholders around client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on Viseven products and services so clients can fully understand and use the portfolio effectively.
  • Oversee cross-portfolio initiatives and coordinate execution with internal delivery, product, support, and account teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new customers, monitor adoption, and ensure implementation plans stay on track.
  • Manage communication across stakeholders and keep all parties aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Measure progress against agreed KPIs, run regular status reviews, and address gaps to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Identify gaps, pain points, and new opportunities within client accounts and help scope qualified opportunities with the account team.
  • Support the account team in the sales process, including proposal development and upselling opportunities.
  • Advise clients in the post-onboarding period to drive adoption of the platform and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Experience with customer onboarding.
  • Experience with customer retention strategies.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and report on customer data and feedback.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques.
  • Overall understanding of how the pharma market operates, including how pharma companies produce and sell products.
  • Understanding of typical pharma company operations, including sales and marketing structure and global-to-local processes.
  • Digital pharma fundamentals and broad understanding of customer engagement.
  • Broad understanding of the select Viseven products and services relevant to the role.
  • In-depth understanding of the specific tools used in the role, such as briefing/intake forms.
  • Basic understanding of digital infrastructure platforms, including DAM tools such as Veeva, CRM systems such as Veeva, Salesforce, or IQVIA, and marketing automation tools such as SFMC or Eloqua.
