Description

  • Diagnose and resolve website errors, bugs, and performance issues across WordPress sites.
  • Identify root causes of technical problems and restore broken functionality in forms, links, plugins, and scripts.
  • Manage plugin updates and troubleshoot compatibility issues between themes, plugins, and custom code.
  • Test and repair contact forms, lead capture forms, and submission flows.
  • Support integrations with CRM systems, email tools, and tracking platforms to ensure data is captured and transmitted correctly.
  • Address loading speed problems and other basic performance issues to maintain website stability.
  • Respond to assigned technical tickets and investigate issues reported by internal teams or clients.
  • Collaborate with website editors, developers, and marketing teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Provide clear resolutions within agreed turnaround times and share feedback on recurring technical problems.

Requirements

  • Strong experience troubleshooting WordPress websites.
  • Understanding of how plugins, themes, and CMS systems interact.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving technical website issues.
  • Familiarity with forms, APIs, and third-party integrations is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to debugging.
