Description

Troubleshoot customer issues using internal and external documentation, tools, and escalation resources.
Deliver customer support through email, phone, and chat.
Work toward or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and attendance.
Become Smartsheet Product Certified and develop expertise in a specific product area.
Contribute to team projects and improvements.
Give and receive thoughtful feedback on team processes and leadership.
Manage additional responsibilities as assigned.
Partner with leaders and team members across the globe to support customer resolution.

Requirements

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
1+ years of technical support or customer support experience, or equivalent experience.
Ability to demonstrate empathetic and confident issue ownership.
Working knowledge of the assigned feature is a plus.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours.
US Citizens or Permanent Residents only are eligible for the Federal Government Segment, as required by law.
Experience in a specific product area is preferred.
Ability to work in a fully remote role from a registered location in the U.S. (role specific).
