Description

  • Troubleshoot customer issues using internal and external documentation, tools, and escalation resources to resolve problems and deliver strong customer experiences.
  • Support customers through email, phone, and chat while working toward Smartsheet Product Certification.
  • Partner with leaders to meet or exceed goals for customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and attendance.
  • Become an expert in a specific product area and use that expertise to support customers effectively.
  • Contribute to team projects and help improve support processes.
  • Give and receive thoughtful feedback on team processes and leadership.
  • Manage additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Costa Rica for a remote role eligible only within Costa Rica.
  • 1+ years of technical support or customer support experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathetic and confident issue ownership.
  • Working knowledge of the assigned feature is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours is required.
