Description

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and account-based marketing strategies for Every Day and client accounts.
  • Translate ICPs and market insights into data-driven account selection and outreach plans.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize ABM and lead generation campaigns in collaboration with commerce and campaign teams.
  • Build personalized outreach flows, email sequences, LinkedIn touches, and micro-content tailored to buying groups.
  • Manage lists, segmentation, enrichment, and trigger-based workflows.
  • Create and maintain prospect lists for the commerce team.
  • Use tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, and similar platforms to run outreach and ABM flows.
  • Work with intent data, CRM signals, and enrichment tools to identify opportunities early.
  • Track engagement, open and reply rates, meetings, pipeline progression, and revenue impact through dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams and contribute to team knowledge sharing on modern GTM and ABM methods.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account-Based Marketing or GTM operations.
  • Proven experience building scalable ABM systems, not only running standalone campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven segmentation, ICP definition, and account prioritization.
  • Experience with tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Instantly.
  • Ability to balance automation with genuine personalization in outreach.
  • Analytical and commercially minded with a strong grasp of both marketing and sales workflows.
  • Bonus: experience working in an agency environment and with B2B sales cycles.
  • Bonus: experience with Dutch clients, the Dutch market, or the Dutch language.
  • Ability to work 32–40 hours per week.
