Description

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across web pages, brochures, blogs, emails, and other materials.
  • Manage timelines, track project progress, and help ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
  • Organise and promote webinars, trade shows, and company-sponsored events.
  • Gather and analyse market trends, competitor insights, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategy.
  • Develop, schedule, post, and monitor content across social media channels and content calendars using AI and marketing tools.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, and provide regular reports to the team.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the marketing team, internal departments, and external vendors to support smooth execution.
  • Support customer and prospect database maintenance and ensure data accuracy across users.
  • Create, send, and track targeted email campaigns and update website content, including case studies, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Identify issues affecting campaign effectiveness and support internal projects that improve marketing processes and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, AI-driven marketing tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, reporting tools, and market research.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and website management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
