Description

  • Manage emails, calendars, scheduling, and file organization.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other supporting materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Respond promptly to emails, messages, and phone calls.
  • Take meeting notes and provide concise summaries when needed.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and task completion.
  • Coordinate with team members to help ensure timely project delivery.
  • Handle research tasks for project planning and problem-solving.
  • Support client inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and issue escalation.
  • Assist with social media, newsletters, blogs, or promotional content as needed.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Book travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Perform personal tasks such as online shopping and gift ordering.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage administrative support tasks such as emails, calendars, and scheduling.
  • Ability to organize and maintain files and documents, both digital and physical as needed.
  • Strong communication skills for handling internal and external correspondence.
  • Ability to take meeting notes and create summaries.
  • Experience coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, and supporting task completion.
  • Ability to conduct research for planning or problem-solving.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to escalate issues when needed.
  • Ability to support social media and content tasks is a plus.
