Description

  • Define and execute the Data Security Platform vision and roadmap across multi-deployment models.
  • Balance customer needs, partner requirements, developer experience, and technical feasibility in product decisions.
  • Champion developer experience by improving APIs, integrations, documentation, and developer tooling.
  • Work closely with engineering to support a strong foundation for building on the platform.
  • Engage developers, customers, and partners to understand workflows, compliance needs, security challenges, and use cases.
  • Conduct customer interviews and analyze usage data to synthesize feedback into product direction.
  • Lead ecosystem and interoperability strategy for integration with external security and enterprise systems.
  • Identify and prioritize integration opportunities that increase platform value.
  • Support strategic priorities related to enterprise interoperability and platform adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-7 years of product management experience in enterprise B2B.
  • Strong preference for experience in enterprise security, data protection, or data-centric solutions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software development and deployment models, including on-premises and cloud-hosted solutions.
  • Familiarity with hybrid architectures and enterprise IT decision-making processes.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts, including APIs, SDKs, integrations, system architecture, and developer tooling.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of data security, privacy, and encryption concepts.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC, and ITAR.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information across industries, verticals, and use cases.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Experience building products for large enterprises with strict compliance requirements (preferred).
  • Familiarity with key management systems, content discovery, or data classification solutions (preferred).
  • Experience with developer-focused products, platform-as-a-service offerings, and SDKs (preferred).
  • Understanding of enterprise data governance and regulatory compliance frameworks (preferred).
  • Exposure to cryptography, encryption standards, or data protection technologies (preferred).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management frameworks (preferred).
