Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through provided leads, self-sourced prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying through needs assessment, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop territory plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct on-site facility assessments and recommend customized commercial cleaning solutions.
  • Deliver professional presentations that communicate the company’s value proposition and service offerings.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to operations after contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in the CRM system.
  • Track and achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience selling facility services, commercial cleaning, business services, or other recurring service solutions preferred.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships preferred.
