Description

  • Own the end-to-end slot development process from concept and GDD creation through certification, launch, and live operations.
  • Hire and lead a dedicated creative team, including artists, 2D/Spine animators, and game designers.
  • Coordinate workflows across math designers, developers, and QA to keep delivery moving without bottlenecks.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the studio roadmap across mechanics, volatility mix, and themes with the founders.
  • Drive certification readiness for GLI/BMM and ensure titles meet regulatory requirements in target jurisdictions.
  • Set up and monitor game analytics and performance KPIs, including GGR per title, retention, feature engagement, ARPDAU, and hit rate.
  • Work closely with shared tech teams, founders, and external partners to align on delivery and execution.
  • Build clear production pipelines for the sub-studio and maintain ownership over studio operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in iGaming, slot providers, or a similar B2B environment, with a released portfolio of slot titles.
  • Strong understanding of slot mathematics, including RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus features, and jackpots.
  • Proven ability to deliver slot titles from concept to launch in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with GLI/BMM certification processes and regulatory constraints.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high autonomy and the ability to build production pipelines from scratch.
  • Strong communication skills for working with shared tech teams, founders, and external partners.
  • Experience building or scaling a game development team or sub-studio is preferred.
  • Exposure to RGS platforms, aggregator integrations, and regulated markets is preferred.
  • A strong mix of product vision, visual design taste, and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
