Description

  • Own the member experience product backlog and support roadmap development for core product improvements.
  • Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation to improve engagement, activation, and retention.
  • Manage bug triage and product quality to ensure a reliable, performant member experience.
  • Partner with engineering and design to maintain delivery velocity and resolve technical tradeoffs.
  • Translate client and stakeholder input into well-scoped product work that protects member experience quality.
  • Own and report on member experience metrics, including engagement, retention, churn, activation rate, and NPS.
  • Build, maintain, and share dashboards and insights using Looker and PostHog.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify friction points, drop-off patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and interpret experiments and present data-informed recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with clinical teams, other PMs, and marketing to improve care workflows, handoffs, and re-engagement.
  • Help build user research infrastructure, including participant recruitment, moderated testing, and synthesis.
  • Contribute to the Vida 2.0 vision by surfacing insights from product performance, member feedback, and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 3 years shipping consumer or patient-facing digital products.
  • Proven success improving engagement, retention, or activation metrics in a mobile or web product.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL and product analytics tools such as Looker, PostHog, Amplitude, or similar.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and full product lifecycle work.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills across engineering, design, clinical, and business partners.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
  • Clear, concise writing skills for producing actionable product artifacts.
  • Healthcare or digital health experience is preferred, including chronic care, telehealth, behavior change programs, GLP-1 management, or similar.
  • Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, or AI/ML-powered product features is preferred.
  • Familiarity with behavioral design frameworks such as BJ Fogg, COM-B, habit formation, or nudge theory is preferred.
  • Experience with React Native or mobile app development workflows is preferred.
  • Background in B2B2C products balancing end-user experience with enterprise client needs is preferred.
