Description

  • Identify operational friction by working directly with SEO analysts, account managers, and agency leaders.
  • Define and prototype measurable solutions for content decay across client websites.
  • Develop the product direction for an internal decision engine replacing a vendor reporting tool.
  • Shape closed-loop attribution connecting calls, chats, and form submissions to realized revenue.
  • Determine what should be shared, configurable, or specialized across three agencies and two industries.
  • Use AI tools to build functional prototypes against real data and validate them against manual workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to productionize validated prototypes and write clear specifications.
  • Prioritize independently, simplify broken workflows, and escalate decisions to the VP of Product and Technology.
  • Drive AI capabilities into production and measure their impact on operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems through direct observation of operational users rather than relying only on tickets.
  • Experience building and shipping working software with AI coding tools; applicants should provide an example.
  • Understanding of the difference between prototypes and reliable AI systems operating across approximately 1,000 clients.
  • Systems-thinking ability, including evaluating second-order effects, blast radius, scalability, and when not to generalize.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to make decisions clear in concise memos.
  • Comfort working independently in an ambiguous environment without an established product organization.
  • Willingness to spend significant time initially observing manual workflows performed by SEO analysts and account managers.
  • Applicants may come from product, operations, engineering, agency strategy, or founder backgrounds; specific years of experience, degree, title, or industry experience are not required.
