Description

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments for corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit candidates.
  • Source and engage passive finance and accounting talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and industry networks.
  • Partner with Finance & Accounting leadership to define role requirements and shape compelling value propositions.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Represent Anduril’s recruiting team and employer brand internally and externally.
  • Use market insights and internal resources to refine recruiting strategy and communicate Anduril’s value proposition to top finance talent.
  • Manage candidate funnels and track progress through the recruiting process in an ATS.
  • Provide transparent updates and reporting to hiring managers and finance leaders on pipeline progress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on finance and accounting roles, including FP&A, general accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and strategic finance.
  • Experience conducting competency assessments and evaluating finance skills such as GAAP/IFRS standards, financial modeling, audit processes, cost accounting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of the finance and accounting landscape, including industry trends and certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, Anaplan, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships with finance leaders and hiring managers.
  • Experience providing consultative market guidance on talent availability, candidate expectations, and recruiting strategy.
  • Clear and effective communication with finance candidates to assess motivation, drivers, and cultural fit.
  • Experience managing candidate funnels and using an ATS to track recruitment progress.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Preferred experience recruiting Big 4 accounting alumni or candidates in high-growth corporate finance environments.
  • Preferred experience recruiting senior finance leadership roles such as Directors and Controllers in complex product, hardware-software, or government contracting environments.
  • Preferred strong network within the finance and accounting community and familiarity with local and national professional finance associations.
  • Preferred multiple years of experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment with a strong product or engineering culture.
