Description

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Anduril at veteran-focused networking events and industry conferences.
  • Coordinate event logistics and represent Anduril at veteran events with a welcoming presence.
  • Support the development and distribution of materials tailored for veteran networking events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community engagement events, including meetings, sporting events, volunteer activities, and civic gatherings.
  • Manage event logistics from concept to completion, including venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee communication, and on-site support.
  • Represent Anduril at community events and foster positive relationships with local partners.
  • Identify new opportunities for community partnerships and activations that align with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain databases for veteran candidates, community partners, event participants, and engagement metrics.
  • Track KPIs for engagement activities and contribute to regular reports on program effectiveness and impact.
  • Prepare internal updates, success stories, and presentations, and collaborate with HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Communications teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed within the last 1-2 years in Government Affairs, Political Science, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in event planning and data management.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Demonstrated passion for supporting veterans and/or engaging with local communities.
  • Military service background, including veteran, active duty, reserve, or ROTC experience, is especially encouraged.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to learn and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new technologies or CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel 25% for conferences, events, and community meetings.
