Description

  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates for U.S. and global roles across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive candidate packages, including screening notes, reference checks when applicable, and written fit recommendations.
  • Build and maintain global talent pipelines.
  • Use sourcing tools and methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies.
  • Stay informed on regional hiring trends and market challenges.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–2 years of hands-on sourcing experience.
  • Proven experience in global and U.S. talent sourcing.
  • Experience sourcing both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong command of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, and job boards.
  • Confidence conducting virtual interviews using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.
  • Ability to adapt sourcing strategies across different markets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. Monday to Friday business days and in Pacific Standard Time.
  • Willingness to complete a 90-day probationary period.
