Description

  • Experiment with emerging technologies and contribute to building new models and systems.
  • Implement Python prototypes of algorithms and models.
  • Deliver machine learning solutions to production rather than focusing on research-only work.
  • Design training and evaluation protocols for machine learning systems.
  • Set up monitoring for performance metrics, system behavior, and anomaly alerts.
  • Partner with the platform engineering team to streamline and optimize MLOps workflows.
  • Use Kanban to manage multiple releases per week.
  • Maintain high code quality through code reviews and automated tests.
  • Collaborate with product, business development, and in-house QA teams on engineering efforts.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience implementing production machine learning systems at scale.
  • Expertise with Python ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
  • Familiarity with ML tools such as MLflow and Ray Serve.
  • Experience building data pipelines, including SQL and working with large structured or unstructured datasets for analysis.
  • Familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud big data products.
  • Strong ability to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Comfort working in a small team within a large organization.
  • Openness to non-traditional career paths and diverse backgrounds.
