Description

  • Evaluate Feature Store and Feature Registry solutions, recommend an approach, and design the feature architecture and lifecycle.
  • Lead implementation of the feature platform with engineering and platform teams.
  • Design, build, and own ML training and deployment pipelines, including experiment tracking, model registries, CI/CD, packaging, and production handoff.
  • Select and establish standards for ML platform tooling, versioning, and model validation.
  • Set up monitoring for model quality, drift, degradation, feature freshness, and data quality.
  • Define alerting and incident-response processes in collaboration with Data Science.
  • Continuously improve the ML infrastructure and support real-time inference with defined SLAs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or DevOps, including production ML systems.
  • Experience building ML training pipelines with experiment tracking and model registries such as MLflow or Weights & Biases.
  • Understanding of feature stores and train-serve consistency challenges.
  • Strong Python skills and sufficient ML framework knowledge to package, serve, and debug models.
  • Experience with Docker and ML pipeline orchestration tools such as Kubeflow, Argo Workflows, or Metaflow.
  • Solid SQL skills and understanding of data warehouse architecture.
  • B1 or higher English proficiency for communication with an international team.
