Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Implement and reinforce sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Own pipeline generation and progression, including forecasting and timely deal closure.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams on campaigns and retention strategies.
  • Use CRM tools and analytics to maintain data integrity and visibility into sales activity.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with leadership on go-to-market strategy for whitespace expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing inside sales teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale methodologies.
  • Exceptional coaching, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric organization and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Must comply with the FBI CJIS Security Policy and pass a comprehensive fingerprint-based background check.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required security clearances, including any additional customer-specific security verification requirements.
