Description

  • Drive revenue for accounts receivable automation, collaboration, cash application, and digital payment solutions.
  • Convert qualified leads from the Channel Partner Management team into opportunities and close new business at or above quota.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify leads, run campaigns, and manage a growing funnel of opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Own account strategy, articulate the value proposition, and educate prospects on business outcomes such as reduced DSO and manual work.
  • Manage and grow a book of channel partners and develop co-selling strategies aligned to customer ERP projects.
  • Guide prospects through the buyer’s journey by qualifying business goals and determining fit for Versapay solutions.
  • Build relationships with senior finance stakeholders, including CFOs, CAOs, CIOs, Controllers, and Treasurers.
  • Quarterback deals by coordinating Sales Support, Sales Engineering, and Product/partner resources to ensure accurate pricing and demos.
  • Set clear customer expectations through the sales process and into onboarding and customer success.
  • Represent the Versapay brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a fintech or martech environment.
  • Experience selling into finance organizations, with exposure to accounting departments and preferably ERP or ERP integrations.
  • History of closing mid-market deals without executive sponsorship.
  • Ability to close enterprise deals with executive-level engagement.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Comfort selling deals with an average selling price of $50K+.
  • Experience maintaining accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and close deals involving 5+ members of the buying committee.
  • Preferred experience at a tech startup selling into finance.
  • A competitive, self-directed approach with the ability to develop and progress your own business opportunities.

Benefits

  • Remote work in Canada.
  • Full-time regular employment.
  • Base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 CAD per year.
  • Commission structure with 50% base and 50% commission.
  • Target on-target earnings of $200,000 to $240,000 CAD annually.
