Description

  • Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise to customers and partners while supporting sales targets.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with strategic customers and partners, including CIOs and CISOs.
  • Enable partners and keep them informed about product evolution.
  • Conduct customer and prospect workshops, product evaluations, and demonstrations.
  • Test and validate proof-of-concept environments, network designs, and deployments.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Provide market and product feedback to product management and internal teams.
  • Monitor competitive solutions, products, and services.
  • Create customer- and partner-facing whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and related content.

Requirements

  • Experience working with accounts in the defence sector.
  • Active or previous security clearance is preferred.
  • Experience planning, designing, or operating service provider or large-enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
  • Knowledge of cloud security solutions, including FWaaS, DLP, CASB, RBI, and malware prevention.
  • Knowledge of proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, Active Directory, SAML, LDAP, and threat prevention and mitigation.
  • Understanding of networking and security architectures within the SASE framework.
  • In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and its operation.
  • Knowledge of WAN technologies and protocols, including MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and multicast.
  • Experience architecting or managing large-scale, high-performance, resilient enterprise networking and security solutions.
  • Knowledge of Linux administration; familiarity with SaaS architecture, AWS, Azure, OpenStack, VMware, shell scripting, or Python is beneficial.
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
