Description

Manage end-to-end implementation of assigned client programs and projects.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time, on budget, and to contractual requirements.
Develop, distribute, and manage project plans, status reports, and dashboards.
Communicate schedules, updates, and project status to stakeholders and management.
Track, manage, and drive risks, issues, actions, and dependencies to closure.
Partner with Account Management to manage customer expectations through timely communication.
Compile, track, and report on project financials throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project and team priorities in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment.
Adhere to the organization’s agile software development processes.
Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
PMP certification preferred; relevant industry experience and/or client implementation experience may be substituted.
Experience coaching, leading, and influencing others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing projects and schedules using Microsoft Project.
Understanding of agile development methodology, roles, and processes.
Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to create reports and dashboards.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks, priorities, and new technologies.
Experience with PPM tools such as Planview or Mavenlink preferred.
Agile Scrum software development practices and tools preferred.
