Description

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of assigned client programs and projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time, on budget, and to contractual requirements.
  • Develop, distribute, and manage project plans, status reports, and dashboards.
  • Communicate schedules, updates, and project status to stakeholders and management.
  • Track, manage, and drive risks, issues, actions, and dependencies to closure.
  • Partner with Account Management to manage customer expectations through timely communication.
  • Compile, track, and report on project financials throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project and team priorities in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment.
  • Adhere to the organization’s agile software development processes.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
  • PMP certification preferred; relevant industry experience and/or client implementation experience may be substituted.
  • Experience coaching, leading, and influencing others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing projects and schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of agile development methodology, roles, and processes.
  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to create reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks, priorities, and new technologies.
  • Experience with PPM tools such as Planview or Mavenlink preferred.
  • Agile Scrum software development practices and tools preferred.
